Returns are accepted under limited conditions only.

At Velmora, each piece is carefully inspected and packed. Due to the premium nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

✅ Eligible for Return (ONLY if):

  • Item is damaged or defective on arrival
  • Wrong product received
  • Issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Change of mind
  • Size/expectation issues
  • Minor variations in color/design
  • Used or damaged items after delivery
  • No unboxing video proof

💰 Refunds:

  • Approved returns are eligible for store credit only
  • No cash refunds
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

🔁 Replacement:

  • Replacement will be processed after inspection
  • If unavailable, store credit will be issued
